Our cutting plants are composed by several modules. Is possible to convey stacks of panel by motorised chains or motorized rollers. The vertical lifting of the stacks is consigned to hydraulic scissors lifting tables, the movement of the rough panels and then the cut stripes are commited to vacuum manipulators, clamping devices or just pushing arms device. Stripes are conveyed by rollers tranfers, belts transfers or sliding plans. The achievable productivity is obviously a function of what the client requires. We have installed systems able to dispose of 3 panels per minute or 10 panels per minute, for example.

The materials treated by our machines and auotmations are mainly wood-base boards as well MDF, plywood, chipboard but also CLT panels, WCB boards and also composites and panles or plates of plastic origin as well PP or PET sheets.
